Scarface's waifish, stylish, dancing queen Elvira Hancock is one of film's most beguiling seductresses. Men pine for and fight over her, she's always cooly smoking a cigarette, and she's got real sass. Sure she's doing lines in clubs and rolling with violent drug-dealers, but she does it all in with a 70s nostalgia and glamour that we can't resist. The movie was shot in 1982 and is set in 1980, so the costumes reflect a period where 70s style seemed to be merging with the opulence of the 80s. With plunging necklines, silk night dresses, and dripping in diamonds, she pulls off this manic style like none other. Plus, she's gorgeous.
